  1. Removal of Deceased from ANYWHERE* in New Jersey
  2. Securing, Filing and Securing Copies (Town Charge Only) of the Death Certificate
  3. Cremation Casket (Cardboard Casket) as Required by the Crematory
  4. Provide Transportation to the Crematory
  5. Securing Cremated Remains from the Crematory
  6. Delivery of Cremated Remains Anywhere in the United States
  7. Social Security Notification
  8. All Gratuities, Tolls, Postage and Telephone
  9. CREMATION PROCESS (Evergreen Crematory $150.00)

SERVICE OPTION OF ONE DAY VIEWING AND SERVICE: $1,995.00**

* Extra assistance, when required, $85.00/attendant; Extra mileage fee may apply.
